Experience

Kelly Anne Miles specializes in the area of family law. She is a Board Certified Advocate in Family Law through the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is one of only two family lawyers in the State of Georgia who is a Diplomat in The American College of Family Trial Lawyers. Ms Miles, has an AV rating by her peers through Martindale-Hubbell and top ratings by clients on social media review sites.

Ms. Miles is committed to representing her clients and giving them the support they need to navigate through the stressful and emotional areas of family law, whether it involves the breakup of the marriage or the sensitive area of child custody. She has effectively represented clients for over 39 years in complex divorce cases involving complicated finances. Ms. Miles handles all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, visitation, parenting time, alimony, child support, legitimation, paternity, pre- and postnuptial agreements, and separate maintenance, as well as modification and enforcement of these issues. She works to ensure that her clients are protected and treated fairly throughout the process, which includes the use of mediation and negotiation whenever possible. However, Ms. Miles has no hesitation in aggressively representing her clients in litigation and trial, if necessary, to ensure a fair result.
