Keith J. Whitaker

Keith Whitaker joined Smith, Gilliam, Williams & Miles as an associate attorney in 2007.  His areas of practice include general civil litigation, adoption, contract disputes, personal injury claims, product liability and eminent domain.

A resident of Cleveland, Georgia, Mr. Whitaker received a bachelor’s degree in political science from North Georgia College and State University before obtaining a law degree from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 2005.

Before joining Smith, Gilliam, Williams & Miles, Mr. Whitaker served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Superior Courts of the Enotah Judicial Circuit, which includes White, Lumpkin, Union and Towns counties.
