Kelly Anne Miles is skilled in all aspects of family law and is committed to giving clients the support they need in resolving legal issues related to families and the break-up or separation of family members. Ms. Miles has effectively represented clients for over twenty years in complex divorce cases involving the sensitive area of child custody, the division of financial assets (including the use of forensic accounting when necessary), tax implications, and all other areas concerning divorce. Ms. Miles also handles modification of child support, alimony and custody cases. Because of the extremely emotional nature of family law, Ms. Miles works to use mediation and negotiation whenever possible but also aggressively represents her clients in litigation when necessary.

Ms. Miles also concentrates her practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions. In addition to representing individuals, businesses, and many local lenders, Ms. Miles has also been a designated attorney for U.S. Small Business 504 debenture closings for over a decade.

Ms. Miles currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. She has presented on various topics of family law at seminars of her peers.

Ms. Miles is very active in our community and has served in key leadership roles for many of these volunteer service agencies.
