Veronica Rogusky

Veronica Rogusky joined Smith, Gilliam, Williams & Miles as an associate attorney in 2018. Her areas of practice include general civil litigation, business litigation, personal injury, real estate, and juvenile dependency.

Ms. Rogusky attended Walter F. George Mercer University School of Law where she received her J.D. in 2018. Ms. Rogusky held several leadership roles at Mercer Law, was a Mercer Law Georgia Scholar, and in her third year of law school she received the Lauren Giddings Scholarship for her philanthropic involvement.

Prior to law school Ms. Rogusky worked with Prudential Realty of Georgia, and interned at Dickason Law Group, a real estate law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. After her first year in law school, Ms. Rogusky clerked for Gomez Law Group, a criminal and personal injury firm in Macon, Georgia. Following her second year, Ms. Rogusky clerked for Smith, Gilliam, Williams & Miles.

Ms. Rogusky participates in various bar and civic organizations. Ms. Rogusky is a member of Junior League and the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Rogusky serves on the Young Lawyers’ Division Litigation Committee, the Young Lawyers’ Division Women in the Profession Committee, the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia Board of Directors, and the Gateway to Hope Planning Committee. Ms. Rogusky is the Young Lawyer’s Division Legal Food Frenzy Co-chair and a local representative for Legal Food Frenzy. Ms. Rogusky also retains the lifetime title of Mercer Law Class of 2018 Class Correspondent.

Ms. Rogusky received her undergraduate degree from University of Georgia in 2013 where she graduated Cum Laude.

Ms. Rogusky’s hometown is Alpharetta, Georgia, and she currently resides in Gainesville, Hall County with her dog, Kodi.
