Experience

Burns Marlow is an associate with the firm and practices primarily in the areas of general civil litigation, commercial and business litigation, personal injury, and corporate transactions. Mr. Marlow also represents individuals and companies on landlord-tenant matters, construction disputes, estate administration matters, contract disputes, and mergers and acquisitions. He regularly represents clients in Georgia Magistrate, State, Probate, and Superior Courts along with federal court. Mr. Marlow joined Smith, Gilliam, Williams & Miles in 2021 after beginning his legal career with Hulsey, Oliver, & Mahar in Gainesville in 2018.
