Franklin Speaks on Transgender Employees Best Practices

Attorney Clayton Franklin recently spoke to the Georgia Department of Labor’s Habersham Area Employer Committee about best practices regarding transgender employees in the workplace.  The discussion focused on transgender employees with particular emphasis on sex discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, recent Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) decisions, and the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (“OSHA”).
